Please chip in with your thoughts on the value of a Hamilton 974 marked "The Tiffany Watch" on both dial and movement. The movement is clean and running with good motion. The double-sunk dial has some issues, including a few fine hairlines and and an edge chip between 1 and 2 o'clock. The case is a later base metal in very good to excellent condition.

Just to add to what Jon said...if I remember correctly, this private label had nothing to do with the famous jeweler/glass maker etc Tiffany. This is just a PL version of the 974.

I believe you are correct. Possibly a jeweler in Manchester, Connecticut, but I have not confirmed that.
