Scott, The serial number on the movement would say it is from 1962. This 30CH column wheel movement is sort of a legendary movement. Not rare but simply a well designed mechanism which lasted in production for a very long time.

I didn't either but it looks like, although Longines introduced round pushers on their chronos in around '56, they kept making the square pusher references for quite a while. I am always learning.
